Pray for family and friends of healthcare workers. We have been easy with our health and that’s why they are working so hard each day to win the battle against corona.

Over seven hundred frontline, majority black and brown workers from the greater chicago area called for a strike on november 23 after months of bargaining in which management repeatedly ignored their calls for pandemic pay, proper ppe, adequate staffing. Heavenly and almighty god, who has all power and might to heal and protect. Maybe the only prayer i can utter this thanksgiving is:

For those who work in health care — a prayer service. Thank you for those who have sacrificed to help others; Be with the families and friends of healthcare workers and first responders.

Focus our hearts and minds wholly on prayer, fasting and the truth of your word, scattering worry and anxiety and bringing instead focused belief and trust that you will move and are moving on their behalf. Keep their families safe and healthy.

Please grant the medical team wisdom to know the best course of action to relieve pain and promote healing. Dear god, our father, we come to you today praying for our healthcare workers who are on the frontlines of our battle against the corona virus. Let me see the care that i have for my family as a sign of your compassion within me.

Help me to see where you are blessing me, even in the midst of this. Health care and essential workers, teachers, Coronavirus prayer for healthcare workers.

Let me see the generosity of health care workers on the front lines as a sign of your love. And retail workers that often cannot afford the. For everything that is good comes from you.

We thank our healthcare workers. God of all blessings, source of all life, giver of all grace: God, this thanksgiving, we do not give thanks.

A thanksgiving prayer in the time of covid god almighty, this has been a terrible year. The credit for good health and smiling faces goes to our healthcare professionals who have been working hard day and night. Thank you for life, for bringing us here this far.

We will make this choice of thanks with courageous hearts, knowing that it is humbling to say “thank you.” we choose to see your sacred generosity, aware that we live in an infinite circle of gratitude. We pray for all the physicians, nurses, and health care providers involved in their care. We bless our nation to understand, to thank, and to honour those who seek to bring us health.

And if our knowledge falls short, we ask that you would close that gap, and provide wisdom and insight and guidance into this situation. We bless our health service to thrive, to prosper, and to heal. God, keep them safe and healthy.

Health care providers and others who keep our lights on and houses warm, those who operate public transportation, and retail workers that often cannot afford the products eager shoppers gobble up. Thank you for taking care of our health. Thank you for life, for bringing us here this far.

For frontline health care workers, we thank you for their vocational call to serve us. We thank you for the mystery of creation: We thank you for the gift of life:

And now, blessed one, hear our praises and our prayers of thanksgiving for the good at work among us. Health care and essential workers, teachers, We thank you that they have been well trained to care for us in our times of greatest need.
